Since the change in ownership and management in August of 2014, we have begun several needed improvements in both amenities/services and the overall look of the park.  Several of these improvements which can be viewed on our website have already been completed in the Spring 2016.

Being an ownership-managed trailer park with our decades of experience in asset, property and now trailer park management, our objective is to re-build Spruce Glen Trailer Park from top to bottom with all new services, state-of-the-art amenities, and a resort-feel that are all tailored to customer service. 

Our primary objective of serving our customers and giving them the attention they deserve is the corner stone and foundation our reputation is built on.

With many of our improvements that started in the opening season in 2016 and now completed, we are making Spruce Glen Trailer Park an exceptional vacation spot less than two hours away from the GTA.  Being close to several main cities makes Spruce Glen Trailer Park a place where you can enjoy nature yet still be within short drive of several communities and the countless amenities they offer.

If you are familiar with Kawartha Lakes and the communities within it, you would know that no one community resembles the next; each has its own unique features for you to discover.  Different cultures, communities, restaurants, theatres and entertainment centres are just the beginning and each is within a short drive from Spruce Glen Trailer Park.

Spruce Glen Trailer Park is a family-oriented and friendly trailer park comprised of over twenty acres of untouched natural beauty and improved with 50 large and well treed sites,  all of which are properly prepared and groomed with ample room to enjoy tranquility at its best. All of our sites come with our standard 30 amp service, septic and water hookups and a complimentary firepit and a picnic table. Fishing, boating and water activities are available on nearby Shadow, Balsam and Head Lakes which are merely minutes away.

Adjoining the twenty acres is fifty-acres of uncompromising well treed land with splendid and calming walking trails and ponds to compliment the overall experience.  If you ever wish to enjoy nature at its best, Spruce Glen Trailer Park is where you want to be.

An added bonus of a brand new swimming pool ready to enjoy.  Should you decide to join us at the pool or in a family sporting acitivity in one of the newly designated and fenced areas we would be happy to have you.  Should several residents of the park wish to share a BBQ get together or to celeberate a special occasion, our new communal areas provide the perfect venue.

With our primary goal being customer service and providing our residents with the exemplary service they deserve, we have several other improvements scheduled to be completed including a  state-of-the-art washroom and shower facilities near the swimming pool, laundry facilities, and Wifi services at competitive flat seasonal rate just to mention a few.
