With the recent change in ownership, several improvements and amenities have now been completed by end of 2016 season making  Spruce Glen Trailer Park  an exceptional vacation spot less than two hours away from the GTA.  Enjoy all of the benefits of being one with nature through many of the newly renovated amenities.  We have several complimentary services at Spruce Glen Trailer Park, including winding and well maintained trails throughout the park and our adjoining fifty-five acres which provide residents spectacular hiking paths, proximity to several amenities that are within five-minute drive north or south and access to three lakes (Shadow, Balsam and Head Lakes) All of this conveniently located between Coboconk and Norland on Hwy 35 North.

Our trailer park is secluded and protected by the natural and untouched trees yet easy to reach by car, and only a short drive from the main highway #35.  We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service.
