All of our sites come with our standard 30 amp service, sewer and water hookups

One of the important differences with Spruce Glen Trailer Park, is the availability of the large size lots, our Seasonal Rates include oversized trailers, extensions, Florida rooms, decks, etc. at no additional cost.

Our sites vary in size and view depending on your dream and how you wishto accommodate your stay.  Sites vary from over fifty-foot wide to over eighty-foot deep lots and even larger.

Above rate excludes applicable taxes and hydro consumed at your site.
